Jen attended college at SUNY Plattsburgh, moved around the United States for a bit and landed back in the Adirondacks approximately fifteen years ago. She has a background in customer service and sales and made the career change to insurance in 2022 specializing in Commercial Lines. She thrives on creating positive experiences with the clients and ensuring their businesses are appropriately covered! Outside of the office, she enjoys running, working out, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
