Jess was born & raised in Tupper Lake, NY and is no stranger to insurance having grown up working in her Dad’s agency all her life. Jess is the former owner of Belleville & Associates Insurance and has over 24 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines insurance. Jess enjoys spending time outside the office with her daughter Quinn, family, friends and her pets.

Jess formerly served on the Big I NY Board of Directors, the Adirondack Health Board of Trustees, and Kemper Insurance’s Agency Council.
